About David
A Lifetime of Service
More than four decades in Moreno Valley. A family raised here. A career built on showing up and solving real problems.
Deep Roots
Moreno Valley has been home for more than 40 years.
David and his wife moved to Moreno Valley before it was even a city, chasing the dream of a home of their own, room for horses, and space to raise a family.
They raised three children here and watched Moreno Valley change over the decades. David has seen growth bring jobs and opportunity. He's also seen what it costs when it isn't planned well: more traffic, crowded neighborhoods, stretched public safety, lost open space, and infrastructure that can't keep up.
That long view is a big part of why he's running. David believes Moreno Valley can keep growing without losing what makes it home.

Practical experience for real city decisions.
Planning Commissioner
David has served on the Moreno Valley Planning Commission, with firsthand experience in land-use decisions, development proposals, public hearings, community input, and the long-term consequences of planning choices.
General Contractor & Small Business Owner
His contracting and business background means real experience with budgets, jobs, permits, regulations, timelines — and making decisions that actually work in the real world.
Service Manager
David also worked as a service advisor and service manager at a local GMC dealership, where accountability, communication, and customer service were part of the job every day.
Community Service
Showing up has always mattered.
David's community involvement started long before he considered running for office. He's been a baseball coach, softball coach, Girl Scout leader, Boy Scout leader, Eagle Scout, horse owner and local riding club member, animal rescue volunteer and foster, and an active voice on local civic issues.
David and his family have rescued and fostered hundreds of dogs, cats, and horses over the years. That's the same value he wants to bring to City Hall: compassion paired with action.
David and his wife raised three children in Moreno Valley. His goal now: keep serving as a voice, advocate, and neighbor for District 2.
"I'm ready to continue serving — as your voice, your advocate, and your neighbor."
