For Moreno Valley City Council · District 2
David Zeitz: I like Zeitz!
The Priorities
A better Moreno Valley starts here:
Let's Build a Safe City
Safety begins with better planning.
- Staff the Sheriff and CAL FIRE for the size of city we are
- Address homelessness with enforcement and real services
- Safer streets, intersections, and parks
Reduce Truck Traffic
A moratorium on new warehouses.
- Pause new warehouse approvals
- Bring in good-paying careers, not just distribution jobs
- Enforce the new AB98 truck routes
Give Moreno Valley Somewhere to Go
Moreno Valley gets warehouses and car washes. Other cities get destinations. Let's change that.
- More places to shop, eat and work close to home
- Protect neighborhoods, open space and quality of life
- Represent the people who live here, period
The foundation under all three: residents first. City Hall should listen early, explain its decisions, and answer to the people who live here, not the people who profit from building here.
The Underdog
They have developer money.David has you!
David isn't the best-funded candidate in this race, and that's the point. He's not backed by the people who profit from more warehouses. He's backed by the people who live next to them.
“We’ve known David both as a friend and as our contractor, and we’ve always known him to be honest, dependable, and hardworking. We’ve also seen how much he genuinely cares about our community and the people who live here.”
Cye and Linda Castellano
“David is the real deal. Honest, & cares about our area.”
Jennifer Foss Cordova
“David Zeitz will provide the genuine change Moreno Valley needs. He’s the City Council member we’ve been waiting for.”
Carole Nagengast — Long-time resident of District 2
A Lifetime of Service
Moreno Valley isn't just where David lives. It's home.
David and his family moved here before Moreno Valley was even a city, raised three kids in District 2, and built a life rooted in family and showing up. He's spent 40+ years watching this place change, and years on the Planning Commission learning exactly how those changes get decided.
He's not the candidate with the most money. He's the one who lives down the street.
- Planning Commissioner
- General Contractor & Small Business Owner
